I was born in Aleppo, Syria, where I took my first steps in the world of Middle Eastern sweets, which are an integral part of my heritage and identity. In Turkey, I began a new phase of learning and working. There, I discovered modern techniques for preparing sweets and blended them with the authentic traditional recipes I grew up with.

Then I moved to the United States along with my wife and four children, where I began to realize my dream, step by step, of establishing a business that combines authentic Middle Eastern flavors with a modern touch to suit American tastes. Today, I work passionately on developing recipes for sweets like baklava, harissa, and other Middle Eastern desserts, while maintaining a focus on quality, taste, and elegant packaging.
